* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  North central Queen Annes County in northeastern Maryland...
  Kent County in northeastern Maryland...

* Until 215 PM EDT.

* At 130 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from Aberdeen Proving Ground to near Bowleys Quarters,
  moving east at 25 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Damage to roofs, siding, trees, and power lines is 
           possible.

* Locations impacted include...
  Chestertown, Betterton, Newtown, Morgnec, Old Town, Kennedyville,
  Langford, Galena, and Kingstown.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with these storms, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.

...THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR NORTH CENTRAL QUEEN ANNES AND
KENT COUNTIES WILL EXPIRE AT 215 PM EDT...

The storms which prompted the warning have slowed and redeveloped. 
This warning will be allowed to expire. However, another Severe 
Thunderstorm Warning is in effect for portions fo Kent and Queen 
Annes Counties until 230 PM EDT. 

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 600 PM EDT for
northeastern Maryland.

To report severe weather, contact your nearest law enforcement
agency. They will relay your report to the National Weather Service
Mount Holly NJ.
