FOR NORTHWESTERN MOODY AND CENTRAL BROOKINGS COUNTIES...
At 149 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 9 miles southwest
of Aurora, or 9 miles south of Brookings, moving north at 40 mph. An
additional storm was also developing northeast of Coleman which will
track northward at 40 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and nickel size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

BROOKINGS COUNTIES WILL EXPIRE AT 215 PM CDT...
The storm which prompted the warning has weakened below severe
limits, and no longer poses an immediate threat to life or property.
Therefore, the warning will be allowed to expire. However, gusty
winds up to 50 mph are still possible with this thunderstorm.
