Elk City, or 8 miles southwest of Neodesha, moving east at 45 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Independence, Fredonia, Elk City, Sycamore, Buxton, Elk City Lake,
and Elk City State Park.
