* At 453 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Elk City, or
  14 miles northeast of Sedan, moving east to southeast at 20 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage

City, or 12 miles northeast of Sedan, moving east to southeast at 20 
mph.
