  Northeastern Hall County in the Panhandle of Texas...

* Until 500 PM CDT.

* At 433 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Memphis,
  moving northeast at 15 mph.

  HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...West Texas Mesonet. At 427 PM, a gust to 74 mph was 
           measured 1 mile northeast of Memphis.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect considerable 
           tree damage. Wind damage is also likely to mobile homes, 
           roofs, and outbuildings.

* Locations impacted include...
  Memphis.
