The National Weather Service in Denver has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  Southeastern Adams County in northeastern Colorado...
  Northeastern Arapahoe County in northeastern Colorado...
  Southwestern Washington County in northeastern Colorado...

* Until 545 PM MDT.

* At 506 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 7 miles northwest 
  of Cottonwood Valley, or 33 miles north of Limon, moving east at 
  25 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind
           damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Last Chance, Woodlin School and Cottonwood Valley.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Seek shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from 
windows. This storm is capable of producing damaging winds and large 
hail.

...SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING WILL EXPIRE AT 545 PM MDT FOR 
SOUTHEASTERN ADAMS, NORTHEASTERN ARAPAHOE AND SOUTHWESTERN 
WASHINGTON COUNTIES...

The storm which prompted the warning has weakened below severe 
limits, and no longer poses an immediate threat to life or property. 
Therefore, the warning will be allowed to expire. However, small 
hail and gusty winds are still possible with this thunderstorm.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 900 PM MDT 
Tuesday for a portion of northeast Colorado.
