* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  Northwestern De Soto Parish in northwestern Louisiana...
  Southwestern Caddo Parish in northwestern Louisiana...

* Until 1245 PM CDT.

* At 1204 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 8 miles northwest
  of Mansfield, moving northwest at 20 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Shreveport, Greenwood, Stonewall, Keachi, Grand Cane, Gloster, Keat
  Chie, Frierson, Spring Ridge, Cross Lake, Kingston, Kickapoo,
  Keithville, Forbing, and Reeds Store.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

If on or near Cross Lake, get away from the water and move indoors 
or inside a vehicle. Remember, lightning can strike out to 15 miles 
from the parent thunderstorm. If you can hear thunder, you are close 
enough to be struck by lightning. Move to safe shelter now!  Do not 
be caught on the water in a thunderstorm.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.

FOR SOUTHWESTERN CADDO PARISH...

At 1229 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Stonewall, or
15 miles south of Shreveport, moving northwest at 20 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
Shreveport, Greenwood, Cross Lake, Forbing, Keithville, and Spring
Ridge.
