* At 428 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Eureka
  Springs, moving southwest at 15 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage 
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

CENTRAL MADISON AND NORTHWESTERN CARROLL COUNTIES IS CANCELLED...

The storm which prompted the warning has weakened below severe
limits, and no longer poses an immediate threat to life or property.
