  extending from 4 miles east of Jones to 3 miles southeast of Amber,
  moving southeast at 40 mph.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect considerable 
           tree damage. Wind damage is also likely to mobile homes, 
           roofs, and outbuildings.
