The National Weather Service in Pleasant Hill has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  Northern Henry County in west central Missouri...
  Southwestern Pettis County in central Missouri...
  Southeastern Johnson County in west central Missouri...

* Until 800 AM CDT.

* At 723 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located near Urich, or 10 miles west of Clinton, moving
  northeast at 50 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* Locations impacted include...
  Chilhowee, Calhoun, Blairstown, Windsor, Leeton, Post Oak,
  Hartwell, Urich, and Clinton.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

TAKE COVER NOW! Move to a basement or an interior room on the lowest
floor of a sturdy building. Avoid windows. If you are outdoors, in a
mobile home, or in a vehicle, move to the closest substantial shelter
and protect yourself from flying debris.

NORTHEASTERN HENRY...SOUTHWESTERN PETTIS AND SOUTHEASTERN JOHNSON
COUNTIES...

At 731 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located 7 miles south of Chilhowee, or 8 miles north of Clinton,
moving northeast at 55 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage 
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is 
         likely.

Locations impacted include...
Leeton, Post Oak, Chilhowee, Calhoun, and Windsor.
