* Until 1100 PM CDT.

* At 1007 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a
  tornado was located near Smolan, or 9 miles southwest of Salina,
  moving northeast at 45 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and half dollar size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* This dangerous storm will be near...
  Smolan and Salina around 1015 PM CDT.
  New Cambria around 1025 PM CDT.
