  Northwestern McPherson County in central Kansas...
  Southeastern Ellsworth County in central Kansas...
  Southwestern Saline County in central Kansas...

* Until 1230 AM CDT.

* At 1201 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a
  tornado was located 9 miles northwest of Marquette, or 10 miles
  southeast of Kanopolis, moving northeast at 55 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and ping pong ball size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
  northwestern McPherson, southeastern Ellsworth and southwestern
  Saline Counties, including the following locations... Kanopolis
  Lake, Falun, and Kanopolis State Park.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 135 between Mile Markers 77 and 79.
 Interstate 70 near Mile Marker 243.

was located 6 miles south of Brookville, or 13 miles northwest of
Lindsborg, moving northeast at 60 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado and half dollar size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage 
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is 
         likely.
