* At 347 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a
tornado was located 8 miles southwest of St. Clairsville, moving
east at 50 mph.
HAZARD...Tornado.
SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.
IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught
without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or
destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows and vehicles will
occur. Tree damage is likely.

Wheeling, Moundsville, Martins Ferry, St. Clairsville, Bellaire,
Warwood, Bethlehem, Triadelphia, Valley Grove, Shadyside,

was located near Shadyside, or 5 miles southwest of Bellaire, moving
east at 50 mph.

The tornado threat has diminished and the Tornado Warning will
expire.
However, damaging winds remain likely and a Severe Thunderstorm
Warning remains in effect for the area.
A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 700 AM EDT for
portions of east central Ohio, southwest Pennsylvania, and the
northern panhandle of West Virginia.
