  Northwestern Bath County in east central Kentucky...
  Central Fleming County in east central Kentucky...

* Until 330 AM EDT.

* At 311 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located over Sherburne, or 7 miles southwest of Flemingsburg,
  moving northeast at 75 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* This dangerous storm will be near...
  Tilton around 315 AM EDT.
  Wallingford around 320 AM EDT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

northeast at 75 mph.
