  Wayne County in south central Kentucky...
  Southwestern Pulaski County in south central Kentucky...
  North central McCreary County in south central Kentucky...

* Until noon EDT.

* At 1109 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a
  tornado was located near Albany, or 12 miles north of Byrdstown,
  moving northeast at 45 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Weather spotters reported funnel cloud near Albany, KY.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* This dangerous storm will be near...
  Zula around 1115 AM EDT.
  Monticello around 1125 AM EDT.

Other locations in the path of this tornadic thunderstorm include
Steubenville, Betsey, Kidder and Quinton.
