* At 456 AM CDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing both
tornadoes and straight line wind damage were located near Bayou
Current, moving east at 35 mph.
HAZARD...Tornado and ping pong ball size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.
IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree
damage is likely.

At 530 AM CDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing both
tornadoes and straight line wind damage was located 7 miles
northeast of Morganza, or 9 miles west of St. Francisville, moving
northeast at 25 mph.
HAZARD...Tornado and ping pong ball size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.
IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is
likely.
This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
central West Feliciana and central Pointe Coupee Parishes.

COUPEE PARISHES WILL EXPIRE AT 545 AM CDT...
The storm which prompted the warning has moved out of the area.
Therefore, the warning will be allowed to expire. However, gusty
winds and heavy rain are still possible with this thunderstorm.
A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1100 AM CDT for
southeastern Louisiana.
