  Southeastern Howell County in south central Missouri...
  Western Oregon County in south central Missouri...

* Until 445 PM CDT.

* At 409 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located 8 miles south of West Plains, moving northeast at 60
  mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* Locations impacted include...
  Brandsville, Lanton, Rover, Koshkonong, Thomasville, Grand Gulf
  State Park, and West Plains.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
