West central Claiborne Parish in northwestern Louisiana...
East central Bossier Parish in northwestern Louisiana...
* Until 600 PM CDT.
* At 519 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located over Haughton, or 9 miles east of Bossier City, moving
northeast at 40 mph.
HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.
IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree
damage is likely.
* This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
central Webster, west central Claiborne and east central Bossier
Parishes, including the following locations... Gilark, Princeton,
Fillmore, Holly Springs, Bodcau, Couchwood, Evergreen, and Red
Chute.
