The National Weather Service in Bismarck has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  Southwestern Sheridan County in south central North Dakota...
  Southeastern McLean County in south central North Dakota...
  Northwestern Burleigh County in south central North Dakota...

* Until 445 PM CDT.

* At 412 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located 5 miles southeast of Wilton, or 22 miles north of
  Bismarck, moving north at 35 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* This dangerous storm will be near...
  Wilton around 420 PM CDT.

Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include New
Johns Lake.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

TAKE COVER NOW! Move to a basement or an interior room on the lowest
floor of a sturdy building. Avoid windows. If you are outdoors, in a

SOUTHWESTERN SHERIDAN...SOUTHEASTERN MCLEAN AND NORTHWESTERN BURLEIGH
COUNTIES...

At 427 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located 6 miles northeast of Wilton, or 29 miles north of Mandan,
moving north at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage 
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is 
         likely.

This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
southwestern Sheridan, southeastern McLean and northwestern Burleigh
Counties, including the following locations... New Johns Lake.
