The National Weather Service in Paducah has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  Northwestern White County in southeastern Illinois...
  Southern Wayne County in south central Illinois...
  Northeastern Hamilton County in south central Illinois...

* Until 830 PM CDT.

* At 741 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located near Wayne City, or 11 miles southwest of Fairfield,
  moving east at 30 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* This dangerous storm will be near...
  Fairfield around 745 PM CDT.

Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include Mill
Shoals, Burnt Prairie, and Sims.

This includes Interstate 64 in Illinois between Mile Markers 99 and
116.

was located near Fairfield, moving east at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage 
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is 
         likely.

This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
northwestern White, southeastern Wayne and northeastern Hamilton
Counties, including the following locations... Mill Shoals and Burnt
Prairie.

This includes Interstate 64 in Illinois between Mile Markers 102 and
116.

Wayne City, or 8 miles southwest of Fairfield, moving east at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Damaging tornado.

SOURCE...Weather spotters confirmed tornado.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage 
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is 
         likely.

Locations impacted include...
Mill Shoals and Burnt Prairie.
