The National Weather Service in Tulsa has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  Southeastern Franklin County in west central Arkansas...

* Until 630 AM CDT.

* At 608 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located over Ratcliff, moving northeast at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

This includes Interstate 40 in Arkansas between mile markers 41 and
