  West central Mississippi County in eastern Arkansas...
  Northeastern Cross County in eastern Arkansas...

* Until 745 PM CDT.

* At 658 PM CDT, a confirmed tornado was located over Cherry Valley,
  or 9 miles north of Wynne, moving northeast at 60 mph.

  HAZARD...Damaging tornado and ping pong ball size hail.

  SOURCE...Weather spotters confirmed tornado.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

  Three Way, Payneway, Wiley Crossing, Birdeye, West Ridge, Dyess,

At 708 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located 8 miles southeast of Harrisburg, moving northeast at 60
mph.

HAZARD...Tornado and ping pong ball size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage 
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is 
         likely.

Locations impacted include...
Three Way, Payneway, Wiley Crossing, Birdeye, West Ridge, Dyess,
