The National Weather Service in Memphis has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  Northwestern St. Francis County in eastern Arkansas...
  Eastern Poinsett County in eastern Arkansas...
  Northwestern Crittenden County in eastern Arkansas...
  Cross County in eastern Arkansas...

* Until 845 PM CDT.

* At 738 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located near Fair Oaks, or 14 miles west of Wynne, moving
  northeast at 45 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* Locations impacted include...
  Three Forks, Payneway, Deckerville, Fitzgerald Crossing, Marked
  Tree, Weona Junction, Brushy Lake, McElroy, Promised Land, Bay
  Village, Coldwater, Cherry Valley, Judd Hill, Lake Poinsett State
  Park, River Front, Duvall, Stacy, Tyronza, Colt, and Galilee.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

TAKE COVER NOW! Move to a storm shelter or an interior room on the
lowest floor of a sturdy building. Avoid windows. If you are
outdoors, in a mobile home, or in a vehicle, move to the closest
substantial shelter and protect yourself from flying debris.

POINSETT...NORTHWESTERN CRITTENDEN AND CROSS COUNTIES IS CANCELLED...

The tornado threat has diminished and the Tornado Warning has been
cancelled. However, large hail and damaging winds remain likely and a
Severe Thunderstorm Warning remains in effect for the area.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until midnight CDT for eastern
Arkansas.
