  East Central Madison County in southwestern Illinois...

* Until 330 PM CDT.

* At 254 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located near Highland, moving east at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
           to roofs, windows and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is
           likely.

* Locations impacted include...
  Highland, Grantfork, Pierron, Pocahontas, Dudleyville, Beaver
  Creek, Greenville, Tamalco, Keyesport and Pleasant Mound.

This includes Interstate 70 in Illinois between exits 30 and 45.
