* At 540 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located over Salem, moving east at 20 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
           to roofs, windows and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is
           likely.

* Locations impacted include...
  Salem, Cartter, Iuka and Helm.

This includes Interstate 57 in Illinois near exit 116.

was located near Odin, or 5 miles northeast of Centralia, moving east
at 25 mph.
