to the west and increasing to 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph.
* WHERE...Portions of southern Illinois, southwest Indiana, and
southeast Missouri, along and north of a Cape Girardeau, Missouri
to Evansville, Indiana line.
* WHEN...Until midnight CST /1 AM EST/ tonight.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
