  two tenths of an inch. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE..., Itasca, Carlton, South and Central St. Louis, Cook and 
  Lake Counties. This includes the Tribal Lands of the Fond du Lac 
  Band, the Grand Portage Reservation and the Bois Forte Band, Lake 
  Vermilion and, Deer Creek areas. This also includes the Boundary 
  Waters eastern and central area.

* WHEN...From 10 AM this morning to 1 AM CDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will 
  likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road 
  conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday 
  evening commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The greatest ice accumulations are expected
