AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations between 1 to 
  2 feet possible. Winds could gust as high as 45 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of Siskiyou County above 4500 feet, including the 
  Mount Shasta highlands, Medicine Lake, and the Klamath, Salmon, 
  and Trinity mountains, as well as Etna Summit and Scott Mountain 
  Summit.

* WHEN...From Sunday evening through Tuesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The 
  hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning and evening 
  commutes. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
