FEET...

* WHAT...Heavy snow Above 4000 feet. Additional snow accumulations 
  of 8 to 16 inches with the highest amounts near the crest above 
  5000 feet including Washington Pass.

* WHERE...Washington Pass.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM PST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Winter travel conditions along Highway 20 over 
  Washington Pass.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Periods of higher snow intensities are 
  expected Wednesday night and Thursday night with rates near one 
  inch per hour. Heaviest snow is expected Thursday evening.  Snow 
  levels will drop to near 5000 feet tonight and then down to 4000 
  feet Thursday Night.
