Accumulating snow has ended across most of the area. Lingering lake 
effect snow bands may produce additional localized accumulations of 
up to an inch through this morning, mainly across portions of 
Ashtabula and Trumbull Counties. Wind gusts of 25 to 35 MPH will 
continue to lead to patchy blowing snow this morning. While
