* WHAT...Heavy snow. Snow accumulations between 6 to 12 inches 
  expected.

* WHERE...East Slopes of the Oregon Cascades.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM PST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Significant snowfall with periods of heavy snowfall 
  rates will combine with low visibility to create difficult driving 
  conditions.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Persons should consider delaying all travel. If travel is absolutely 
necessary, drive with extreme caution. Consider taking a winter
