EVENING...

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible 
  across portions of the 4 Corners region of southeast Utah and 
  southwest Colorado.

* WHERE...Portions of southwest Colorado, including the following 
  areas, Animas River Basin, Four Corners/Upper Dolores River and 
  Paradox Valley/Lower Dolores River and southeast Utah, including 
  the following areas, Canyonlands/Natural Bridges, La Sal and Abajo 
  Mountains and Southeast Utah.

* WHEN...From 2 PM MDT this afternoon through this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, 
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Heavy rainfall rates producing excessive runoff and possible
    flash flooding.
