Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Widespread shower and thunderstorm activity and expected training of shower and thunderstorm activity this afternoon and early evening will result in locally heavy rainfall amounts of 0.25 to 0.75 inches.
