EVENING...

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...Portions of north central and northeast New Mexico, 
  including the following areas, in north central New Mexico, East 
  Slopes Sangre de Cristo Mountains and Southern Sangre de Cristo 
  Mountains. In northeast New Mexico, Northeast Highlands.

* WHEN...From 11 AM MDT this morning through this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, 
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Another round of thunderstorms will impact the Hermits Peak
    and Calf Canyon burn scar this afternoon, including the city
    of Las Vegas. Storms will produce heavy rainfall over already
    saturated grounds, leading to an enhanced threat of flash
    flooding. Rainfall amounts between 1-2" will be common.

    rainfall over already saturated grounds. A quick 1-2" of rain
    is possible.
