including the following areas, Eastern Garrett, Extreme Western
Allegany and Western Garrett, western Virginia, including the
following area, Rockingham, and eastern West Virginia, including the
following areas, Eastern Grant, Eastern Mineral, Eastern Pendleton,
Hampshire, Hardy, Western Grant, Western Mineral and Western
Pendleton.
The flash flooding threat has ended. Therefore, the Flash Flood
Watch is being cancelled.

following areas, in central Virginia, Albemarle and Greene. In
northwest Virginia, Frederick VA, Madison, Northern Virginia Blue
Ridge, Page, Rappahannock, Shenandoah and Warren.
* WHEN...Until 10 PM EDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Additional scattered thunderstorms may produce localized
rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches in an hour resulting in
flash flooding this evening.
