  counties, Morgan and Washington and West Virginia, including the 
  following counties, Barbour, Doddridge, Harrison, Lewis, 
  Pleasants, Ritchie, Taylor, Tyler, Upshur and Wood.

* WHEN...From Sunday morning through Sunday evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, 
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. 
  Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
