...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 530 PM MDT THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of central Utah, including the following 
  counties, Carbon and Emery... Flooding may impact East Carbon and 
  Sunnyside.

* WHEN...Until 530 PM MDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 
  Water over Hwy 123 and Hwy 124 possible.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 327 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain
    have fallen.
  - This includes the following streams and drainages...
    Grassy Trail Creek, Bear Creek, Icelander Creek, Range Creek
    and Fish Creek.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Sunnyside and East Carbon.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, dont drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.
