...FLOOD ADVISORY WILL EXPIRE AT 530 PM MDT THIS AFTERNOON...

The Flood Advisory will expire at 530 PM MDT this afternoon for 
portions of east central and southeast Utah, including the following 
areas, in east central Utah, Grand. In southeast Utah, San Juan.

Excess runoff from heavy rain has ended over the warned area. If 
flooding has been observed...Please report it to your local law 
enforcement agency. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. 
Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
