* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

  - At 1018 PM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges
    indicated ongoing or soon-to-occur heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. This is causing or will cause urban and small
    stream flooding. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen
    in parts of the Advisory area, and other parts of the area
    can also expect at least 1 to 2 inches of rain over the next
    few hours.
  - This includes, but is not limited to, the following streams

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

  - At 1239 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges
    indicated that light rain continues in the Advisory area, but
    the heavy rain from earlier Monday evening are no longer
    occurring. However, much of the Advisory area picked up 1 to
    2 inches of rain over the last several hours, with higher
    amounts around 3 inches mainly concentrated in southern
    Sherman County including the Hazard and Litchfield areas. The
    previous rain, along with perhaps as much as one-quarteer to
    one-half-inch of rain still possible early this morning,
    could cause continued flooding of small streams and poor
    drainage areas for several more hours.
