Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 923 PM CDT, emergency management reported 1 foot of water over the roadway in Columbia at Providence Road at Elm due to heavy thunderstorms. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Columbia is the most likely place to experience minor flooding. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area.
