This is causing urban and small stream flooding. Low lying and/or poor drainage areas have already experienced minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are forecast. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Dallas, Plano, Carrollton, Frisco, Denton, Lewisville, Flower Mound, Grapevine, Coppell, The Colony, Corinth, Highland Village, Lake Dallas, Lake Lewisville, Little Elm, Prosper, Celina, Krum, Argyle and Hickory Creek.
