Minor flooding is already occurring in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Emergency Manager reported that Old Trolley Road from Springview Drive to Dorchester Road is flooded and impassable. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... North Charleston, Summerville, Goose Creek, Hanahan, Ladson, Cottageville, Delemar Crossroads, Givhans, Knightsville and Sangaree. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
