* WHERE...A portion of southwest California, including a small
portion of West-Central Los Angeles County.
* WHEN...Until 430 PM PDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Water over roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 236 PM PDT, the public reported heavy rain in the advisory
area due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or
expected to begin shortly.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Santa Clarita, Granada Hills and Sylmar.
