* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Wayne County, Indiana.

* WHEN...Until 300 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1140 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain
    has fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches
    are possible.
  - Some locations that may experience flooding include...
    Richmond, Centerville, Hagerstown, Fountain City, Franklin,
    Abington, Greens Fork, Spring Grove, Bethel, Economy, Boston,
    Whitewater, Williamsburg, Jacksonburg, Middleboro and
    Richmond Municipal Airport.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, dont drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain
    have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are
    possible.
  - Some locations that may experience flooding include...
    Richmond, Centerville, Hagerstown, Fountain City, Franklin,
