...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 515 PM CDT THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive 
  rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of central Alabama, including the following 
  county, Pike.

* WHEN...Until 515 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 
  Water over roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 201 PM CDT, emergency management reported that while most
    main roads are passable, some dirt roads remain impassable.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Troy, Brundidge, Goshen, Banks, Troy University, Troy
    Municipal Airport, Antioch, Ansley, Kent, Mossy Grove,
    Springhill, Henderson, Tarentum, Orion and Brundidge
    Municipal Airport.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, dont drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
