...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 915 AM CDT THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following 
  counties, Coleman, Concho, Runnels and Tom Green.

* WHEN...Until 915 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 609 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of
    rain have fallen.
  - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected
    over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
    flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Paint Rock, Eden, Millersview, Eola, Ivie Reservoir Near
    Concho Park Marina, Leaday, Lowake, Live Oak, The
    Intersection Of Us-83 And Ranch Road 765, The Intersection Of
    Us-87 And Ranch Road 2134, The Intersection Of Ranch Road
    1929 And Ranch Road 2134, The Intersection Of Us-83 And Ranch
    Road 1929, Vick, Us-83 Near The Concho-Runnels County Line,
    Us-83 Near The Menard-Concho County Line and The Intersection
    Of Ranch Road 380 And Ranch Road 381.
  - This includes the following Low Water Crossings...
    FM 1929 crossing Fuzzy Creek, crossings along County Road
    3077, County Road 3053 crossing Brady Creek, crossings along
    County Road 3071, County Road 3071 crossing Brady Creek,
    crossings along County Road 3059, County Road 3034 crossing
    Brady Creek, County Road 4131 crossing Maverick Creek, County
    Road 2019 crossing Brady Creek and crossings along County
    Road 4071.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, dont drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.
