...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 745 AM CDT THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following 
  county, Kimble.

* WHEN...Until 745 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 
  Water over roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 435 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area. Up to 2.5 inches of rain have
    fallen.
  - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1.5 inches are expected
    over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
    flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Junction, South Llano River State Park, Segovia, Yates
    Crossing, Telegraph, London, Roosevelt, Cleo, Us-83 Near The
    Kerr-Kimble County Line, Us-83 Near The Kimble-Menard County
    Line, Us-377 Near The Kimble-Edwards County Line, The
    Intersection Of I-10 And Us 290 and I-10 Near The Kimble-Kerr
    County Line.
  - This includes Interstate 10 between Mile Markers 435 and 477.

    This includes the following Low Water Crossings...
    US HWY 377 crossing South Llano River, Park Road 73 crossing
    South Llano River, RM 2291 crossings along Bear Creek, US HWY
    377 crossing 2 miles North of Telegraph, FM 2169 crossing
    Johnson Fork Creek, FM 2169 crossing Johnson Fork Creek, FM
    2169 crossing Johnson Fork Creek, CR 150 crossing South Llano
    River, County Road 430 crossing Joy Creek and County Road 430
    crossing Johnson Fork.

Turn around, dont drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.
