...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 1145 PM EDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Northwestern Spartanburg County in upstate South
  Carolina...

* WHEN...Until 1145 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 842 PM EDT, The stream gauge along the South Pacolet River at
    Campobello reported a stage of 8.5 feet. Common, nuisance
    flooding of low-lying areas adjacent to the S Pacolet River is
    beginning. Old Mill Rd is beginning to flood due to high flow and
    backwater effects from the adjacent tributary Motlow Creek.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Campobello and Lake Bowen.
