* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...South Central Lancaster County in eastern Virginia...
Southwestern Middlesex County in eastern Virginia...
Northeastern Gloucester County in southeastern Virginia...
* WHEN...Until 115 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1012 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
heavy rain. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have
fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over
the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Urbanna, Hartfield, Saluda, Healys, Harmony Village, Cooper,
Grafton, Cash, Greys Point, Harcum, Bertrand, Millenbeck, Wake,
Slabtown, Senora and Stampers.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Turn around, dont drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

The Flood Advisory is replaced by a Flash Flood Warning for portions
of eastern and southeast Virginia, including the following areas, in
eastern Virginia, Lancaster and Middlesex. In southeast Virginia,
Gloucester.
The threat for widespread flooding has increased over the area.
Therefore the Flood Advisory has been replaced by a Flood Warning.
