* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of central California, including the following
counties, Fresno, Kern and Kings.
* WHEN...Until 100 PM PST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 600 AM PST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Minor
flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the
advisory area.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Avenal, Coalinga, Cantua Creek, Huron, Kettleman Hills,
Zapato Chino Creek, Castle Mountain, Kettleman City, Spanish
Lake, Blackwells Corner and Lost Hills.
